These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to any quote, booking or purchase you make with eClean ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing a booking or order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with how it works. We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Quotes

A quote is based on the information you give us. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, for example larger, in a different condition or needing extra work, we may revise the price before or during the work and will let you know. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.

Bookings and orders

A booking or order is confirmed once we accept it, for example by sending you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel a booking or order, for example if a service is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if that happens, we will tell you and return any amount you paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change at any time before your booking or order is confirmed. Payment is due as stated in your quote, invoice or at checkout. Where a deposit is required, the booking may not be secured until it is paid. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Access and your responsibilities

For services at your premises, please make sure we have safe access at the agreed time, and that utilities such as water and power are available where needed. Please tell us beforehand about anything that may affect the work, such as fragile or valuable items, hazards, pets or special requirements. If we cannot carry out the work because access was not available, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Fees may apply to late changes or cancellations, as set out in your quote or confirmation. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you to arrange a new time.

Concerns about our work

If you are not happy with the work, please contact us as soon as possible after the work so we can look into it and, where appropriate, put it right. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage caused by pre-existing faults, normal wear and tear, or information you did not give us. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking or order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking or order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where we carry on business, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
